Citizen Action Request Program
The Greenhills Police Department has started a new Community Orientated Policing program called, Citizens Action Request Program. This program is designed for the residents of the Village of Greenhills to request police assistance for several different types of non-emergency calls within your neighborhood that you wish to be addressed. Some of the things that we are looking for are traffic issues on your street, parking complainants, school crossings as well as noise complainants that are a continuous occurrence. This program is not designed to replace residents calling in for immediate assistance, it is for things that you notice that are happening on a continuous basis, on certain days and times. Once we receive a complaint we will assign an Officer or Officers to address the situation. This would be done in a variety of different ways, whether it be operating speed measuring device, observing traffic signals, foot patrol or bike patrol, Officers would address the complaint. Once the issue has been addressed an Officer will be contacting the resident with the outcome. If you have any questions please feel free to contact Officer Anne Ward at 825-2101 or a.ward@greenhillspd.org.
Please, include as much information as you can.
