Officer Dean promoted …

This summer has brought about two long needed accomplishments within the police department. In June Officer Robert Dean (below) was promoted to a full time position. Officer Dean joined the department as a part time officer in August of 2002 after graduation from the Scarlet Oaks Police Academy.
